As Senior Product Design Manager, I led the re-architecture of Meta's developer access system after Cambridge Analytica. The old model asked developers what data they wanted and gave them no reason to ask for less. I replaced it with one that derives permissions from declared intent, limiting apps to the data they actually need while giving developers a clearer path through privacy and compliance review. Risk gets reduced before review instead of discovered after it.
