As Senior Product Design Manager, I led the re-architecture of Meta's developer platform following the Cambridge Analytica crisis. The challenge was to transform a broken permissions model—where developers could over-request data with no downside—into a system that derived permissions from declared intent, reducing risk before review rather than discovering it after.
