I partnered with the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) to design a modern Educator Portal that replaces fragmented legacy systems with a single, coherent experience. The Portal is being delivered in phases, starting with Certifications (beta completed) and moving next into Registration. I served as the lead product and UX design partner across discovery, service design, interaction design, and iteration.
