Proving who you are to the federal government used to mean proving it again at every agency, on a different system, under different rules. I helped scale login.gov from an early service into the identity standard behind multiple federal programs and more than 10 million users, giving people one secure way in. Much of that work was partnership rather than pixels: bringing CIOs, CISOs, and federal privacy leaders along while managing security, privacy, and operational risk at national scale.
