Lily's platform was generating real value for large retailers, and almost none of it was visible to them. I mapped the product ecosystem as it actually existed, then rebuilt it around enterprise journey frameworks and a product requirement system that connected taxonomy intelligence to revenue opportunities. The work spanned service design, systems architecture, and decision frameworks. It gave enterprise customers the transparency to justify renewal, and gave product, engineering, and customer teams one shared account of what to build next.
